M. J. White completes renovations at Lincoln Park’s Keppen School  

Students return to start school year.

Farmington Hills , Michigan– M. J. White & Son, a leading Southeast Michigan renovation contractor, turned Lincoln Park’s August Keppen Elementary School over to school officials in time for the 2005-2006 to start.

Michael White Sr. realizing the severe disruption to the families, staff, and the entire Lincoln Park Education Community as a result January 31 st fire decided to act quickly.

White stated that his 24/7 Emergency Crew got the call the night of the fire and completed emergency safety repairs immediately. School officials authorized M. J.

White & Son to begin repairs while ongoing negotiations with the insurance were not completely authorized. White further stated that in order for the project to work, extraordinary cooperation had to exist between the company’s staff, vendors, and subcontractors.

M. J. White & Son offers a (company employed full contents division unsure what you are trying to say) unlike most renovation contractors. Michael White took particular notice that much of the expensive school materials damaged in the fire was salvaged, cleaned, and returned to school use. White stated that teachers unpacked the supplies and had enough time to prepare for class lessons.

School officials received the keys to a cleaned, fully repaired building ready for occupancy. Michael White indicated the project had almost impossible time lines and all involved in the renovation willing cooperated to make a successful completion date.
