M.J. WHITE & SON, INC. OPENS GRAND RAPIDS OFFICE

We are happy to announce the Grand Opening of our newest branch office in Grand Rapids on September 1, 2009. M.J. White and Son, Inc. has seen steady growth in the markets that we currently service for several years now, and our search for new areas for expansion naturally led us to Grand Rapids as the evident "next step". This forward thinking community is making headway in the economic downturn faced by the rest of the nation in areas of new job creation and local economic development with a commitment to healthcare, wellness, and the newly implemented plan for sustainability. This vitality is the perfect counterpart for the positive energy generated by our own growth at M.J. White and Son.
Many of the companies that rely on our service in Southeastern Michigan have additional facilities in Western Michigan as well. Because of our preferred vendor status with these companies, along with the fact that they have become accustomed to our quick response, excellent service and quality workmanship, we have had several requests to serve them in Western Michigan also. With their commitment to support us, we ventured forth with this huge leap westward!
Our beautiful office/warehouse facility is located on the eastern edge of Grand Rapids in Kentwood, MI. Our senior estimator, and large loss/commercial expert, Pete Anderson will be relocating to the area to run the new facility. Benita Marshall, a lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, has been hired to develop our market in that area. Benita has a B.S. in Advertising/Public Relations from Ferris State University, and has 12 years experience in Corporate Sales and Marketing. The Grand Rapids location will be staffed with the same high quality people and provide all of the same services that we have always provided. This includes 24/7 emergency response, water mitigation, complete restoration after fire, water, and storm damage, and our own in-house carpet cleaning and contents restoration.
